Bilingual Sales Associate (Fr/Eng)

YOUR ROLE

Neos is looking for an experienced Sales Associate with both, a hunter's mentality and a flair to develop portfolios of existing clients. Daily, you will be in contact with clients and prospects, project delivery teams and the marketing team which will support your sales efforts. To effectively fill this position, we are looking for an entrepreneurial individual, not content with the status quo. The candidate should constantly be taking actions to grow the pipeline of opportunities and prospects. We are also looking for a flexible sales Associate able to adapt their sales approach and pitch to the solutions Neos is putting forward.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Prospecting new accounts (60-70%):

  • Integration of email and phone campaigns (covering French and English markets)
  • Alignment with Neos’ qualification processes (follow-up on opportunities and coordination with the team to grow the pipeline)
  • Adding new leads, meetings, and opportunities to our internal systems (HubSpot & Microsoft Teams)

Manage existing clients (30-40%):

  • Follow up on current projects, coordination with the team responsible for deliveries
  • Exploration of existing accounts:
  • Introduction to new contacts
  • Exploratory meetings, identification of clients' needs
  • Cross selling of Neos' products and services
  • Responsible to report customer feedbacks while assuring an impeccable experience and satisfaction.

Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns. (i.e Webinars, downloadable content, etc.): 

  • Implementation of segmentation, targeting and acquisition strategies
  • Qualification phone calls on all incoming leads
  • Adjustments to our current campaigns and suggestions of marketing content beneficial to the develop opportunities

 SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the technology sector.
  • Collaborative spirit - ''team sell''
  • Agile and adaptive - ''action-oriented''
  • Flawless oral and written communication skills
  • Fully bilingual (French & English)
